Research Data Day (U Bremen Research Alliance)

Titled “Open Doors for Open Data”, this event will see a number of members of the U Bremen Research Alliance and other initiatives opening their doors across ten locations on the University of Bremen campus. There will be exciting contributions on the handling of research data across various scientific disciplines, with formats catering to researchers, students, and research support personnel with different levels of prior knowledge. Our aim is to raise awareness about the importance of appropriate research data management, exchange good practices, and further network the Bremen scientific community.

Information on each event can be found here.

We would also like to invite you to our public Kick-off Event “Forschungsdaten in Zeiten der Digitalisierung – Erfolge und Herausforderungen des kooperativen Forschungsdatenmanagements” on June 6th, 2023 at 5:30 pm (German language only).

Our speakers will discuss the importance of sustainable research data management and its potential impact on science, economy, and society. Afterwards, there will be opportunities to network over drinks and snacks.

More information and registration for the Kick-off Event can be found here. Please note that seats for this event are limited, and it will be held exclusively in German.

We are eagerly looking forward to seeing you there!
Please feel free to forward the invitation to other interested parties in your working group or institutes.
