BBDC 2025 - Award ceremony

One more sleep, then it's time: on Friday, May 23, 2025, the award ceremony of the Bremen Big Data Challenge 2025 will take place in the Sparkasse Campus Space. Admission is from 13:30, the event starts at 14:00. This year's BBDC is a very special event: firstly, we are celebrating the tenth consecutive edition of the programming competition and secondly, we have chosen a special theme this year with "AI meets Finance". As part of this theme, we are already looking forward to an exciting keynote speech by Prof. Dr. Dennis-Kenji Kipker entitled "Cybersecurity in the banking sector: challenges between KRITIS and AI". In addition to the award ceremony for the best teams, there will also be a relaxed networking event in the afternoon, inviting students, sponsors and researchers from the Cognitive Systems Lab to exchange ideas over coffee and cake.
