High Profile Area at the

Research Data Day (U Bremen Research Alliance)

Under the motto "Open doors for open data", many members of the U Bremen Research Alliance and other initiatives are opening their doors. At ten different locations on the campus around the University of Bremen, you can expect a varied program with contributions on the handling of research data in various scientific disciplines. The formats are aimed at researchers, students and research support staff with a wide range of prior knowledge. We want to encourage people to engage more intensively with the handling of research data, share good practices and further network science in Bremen.

Information on the individual events can be found here.

"Opening the evening before": On the evening before (6 June 2023 from 5:30 - approx. 9 p.m.) we also invite you to a public opening event at the Haus der Wissenschaft on the topic "Research data in times of digitization - successes and challenges of cooperative research data management".

The importance of sustainable research data management and its potential for science, business and society will be discussed in application-oriented presentations. Afterwards, participants will have the opportunity to talk with and among themselves over drinks and snacks.

Information and registration for the evening event can be found here. Please note that places are limited.
