The European Commission’s MSCA COFUND program supports organizations in establishing or strengthening doctoral programs and postdoctoral fellowship schemes. EU co-funding is provided on a per-researcher-month basis. Programs can be broad in scope or discipline-specific, and should adhere to the MSCA principles of international, interdisciplinary, and intersectoral training and researcher mobility.
The call (HORIZON-MSCA-2027-COFUND-01) has an indicative EU-wide budget of €51.25 million. It is expected to open on December 8, 2026, with an indicative deadline of April 6, 2027, at 5:00 p.m. CEST.
