The European Commission’s MSCA COFUND programme supports organisations in establishing or strengthening doctoral programmes and postdoctoral fellowship schemes. EU co-funding is provided per researcher-month. Programmes can be broad or discipline-specific, and should follow MSCA principles of international, interdisciplinary and inter-sectoral training and researcher mobility.
The call (HORIZON-MSCA-2027-COFUND-01) has an indicative EU-wide budget of €51.25 million. It is expected to open on 8 December 2026, with an indicative deadline of 6 April 2027, 17:00 CEST.
